“I approach the therapy relationship with an engaged, compassionate approach and long to partner with you to overcome the barriers that stand in the way of the person you want to become. I am passionate about helping people achieve healing and wholeness. I care deeply about the people I get to work with and long to create a space in therapy that allows people to find freedom and flourish in their purpose in life. Earning the right to hear your story is a privilege I do not take lightly.”

Taylor provides counseling for adults and emerging adults in a collaborative, relational and goal directed manner, utilizing an eclectic mix of evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT and ACT to encourage clients to become the best version of themselves. She is experienced in treating clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma and issues related to interpersonal relationships, life transitions, faith/spiritual concerns, parenting, stress management and self-esteem.

When she is not at work you can find Taylor spending time with her husband and children making memories together. In her free time, she enjoys browsing a local bookstore, time with friends over a latte at a great coffee shop, practicing yoga and binging a good TV show.
