He specializes in utilizing a person-centered approach through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for most issues and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma.

“There is a common belief that we should live lives in pursuit of comfort and free from all forms of pain. However, I believe that it is in the pursuit of our values, even in the face of pain or fear, where we truly find ourselves, overcome barriers, and become who we want to be.  I want to work with you to strive for meaning and fulfillment, to live in a way that embodies your true sense of self.”

In his free time, Dr. Tseng enjoys playing guitar, spending time with his family, and “nerding out” with his son over all things superheroes, legos, and fantasy. He is always up for a game of Magic: the Gathering.
