Elliott Pae completed his medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He completed his psychiatry residency at Lutheran General Hospital and is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He served as chief fellow in the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Rush University Medical Center.

He specializes in treating pediatric and adult depression, biopolar disorder, ADHD, adjustment difficulties, parent-child conflicts, disruptive behavior disorders, PTSD, anxiety and panic disorders.
